This following manuscript comprises of the ethical features that I look for in an organization. As I enroll and play my part in the corporate scene, the organization that employs me would have these values be their watchword. I have listed and explained five main ethical concepts and the roles which the organization has to play in achieving those standards.
Innovative: featuring new methods, introducing new ideas, creative thinking
- The organization should come up with creative and refined ideas to promote its name, and also satisfy its consumers.
- The organization should be up to date with new means of improving production.
Diversity: range of different things, variety
- The organization should diversify its line of business, and also look to reach out to a large number of consumers.
- The organization should also be diverse in the recruitment of its employees, shareholders and other partakers of the corporation.
Trustworthy: able to be relied on, credible, and honest
- The organization should be able to earn the trust of its consumers, so as to maintain a good business name.
- The organization should always provide credible and current information to its shareholders, employees and consumers.
Impartial: fair and just, treating all equally
- The organization should give its consumers equal gratification without special treatment to certain person/persons.
- The organization should also be fair to its employers without, and handle their shortcomings with leniency.
Confidentiality: the state of being secret
- The organization should be able to keep consumer profiles confidential, in respect to the consumer’s protection rights.
- The organization should be able to keep private information secure, only to be used by its trusted employees.
